Every child wants to look their best on their first day back to school. Here's a wonderful opportunity to get it for FREE!
This is the third year the Delta Alpha Alpha chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. has partnered with the Dunbar Barber Academy to give free haircuts to the children of Tucson.
