We enjoy this dessert any time of the day. It's so refreshing, cool and so good!
1 pkg (5.1 oz) Jell-O Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding
3 cups of cold milk
1 pkg (11 oz) Nilla Nabisco wafers
4 bananas sliced
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
Start with peeling and cutting bananas into slices, set aside. Combine pudding mix with milk, whisk for 2 minutes. Don't let it sit long. Start assembling the dessert into a Pampered Chef parfait dish or similar in the following order: pudding - just enough to lightly cover the bottom of dish, add cookies in single layer around the dish, slices of bananas enough to cover cookies -I use one whole banana, and cover with cool whip. Continue with layers until all ingredients gone. Finish with cool whip and can decorate the top with wafers and I sprinkle the crumbs on top. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
